Frequently Asked Questions

  • Is there a cost to use LUMI? LUMI is free to use. You only pay network fees when you deposit, withdraw or trade on‑chain.

  • Can I trade from my phone? Yes. The web terminal is mobile‑friendly and our Telegram and Discord bots let you trade on the go.

  • Who controls my wallet and keys? You do. LUMI generates non‑custodial wallets and never stores your private keys. Keep backups of any keys you export.

  • How do I chat with my agent? Use the chat panel in the web terminal or send commands in Telegram/Discord to ask questions or to initiate trades.

  • How do I deposit or withdraw funds? Deposit USDC and SOL (or other supported tokens) via the dashboard. Withdrawals send funds back to your connected wallet. Always leave a small amount of native tokens for gas.

  • What networks does LUMI support? LUMI currently works on Solana with cross‑chain deposits from Ethereum, Arbitrum, Base and more. Additional chains are being added regularly.
